Ah man, this was SUCH a great day. Mauricio and Mallory are downright adorable and loveable, I knew this already, but it turns out that their entire families are too. The day began as a very rainy and windy one, but there was an awesome buzz of anticipation and excitement that definitely trumped any disappointment about the weather. The hustle at Mallory’s parents’ home was amazing as she, her parents, and her NINE siblings all helped each other get ready and out the door. Teshia and I were so impressed by the obvious amount of love and respect between everyone in both families. It was so apparent even from just our first few minutes with them, and we knew we were in for a great day. The rain slowly tapered off following their ceremony as we headed back to Mallory’s parents’ beautiful property for pictures and their tent reception. A super tasty dinner mixed with wonderful live acoustic music, throw in a few very funny and heartfelt speeches, and top it off with a serious dance party and you’ve got yourself a great evening!
I don’t know how many times Teshia and I said the words “such nice people” that day, but we were left with warm fuzzies from our time with them. Here is a little look at this gorgeous, sweet couple and their awesome, awesome wedding. What a treat it was for us to be a part of it all!
