Last weekend I had the thrilling opportunity to head south to Florida to photograph a wedding (post coming soon). It just so happens that some of my most favourite people EVER, the Nixons, live nearby the wedding location! If you’ve followed my blog for any length of time, you’ve likely read some about Dave’s cousin, Elisabeth, who is also a photographer. All you really need to know to be up to speed is that I totally love her. Anyway, each year we try to shoot a couple weddings together just for fun, so this was of course one of those times. I arrived last Thursday, and then we had a last minute addition of Dave and Levi to the trip on Saturday… which was awesome! I could go on and on about how much we love the Nixons, how much fun we had, and how we desperately are trying to plot ways to get them to move here. BUT, instead, I’ll just show a few pictures from the session I did with their 4 year old daughter, Ella. Basically, she’s awesome and I LOVE these.
Just when I thought we were done, she started rockin’ it out right there on the sidewalk… ’cause that’s how Ella rolls.
